Accessing Drives Off Campus

  1. Log into the VPN (https://kuconnect.kutztown.edu) from any Internet browser. 

    Warning! Please do not download the FortiClient from this page! 

  2. On the VPN page, you will find bookmarks for Department Shares, Campus Share, EMS, and TMA.



  3. When accessing the Department Shares button, you’ll see a list of the department folders that you have access to. Click on the link for your department to open the folder. The list of folders and files available will appear in alphabetical order.



  4. You can use the icons at the top of the list to navigate through the folder structures.
    • Up to parent folder
    • New folder
    • Upload files
    • Exit

 

Please note: If you wish to update a file on a shared folder, you must save it locally to your computer and then upload the new file back to the desired location.
