D2L is KU's learning management system (LMS) that is used to deliver the University's online courses, as well as support face-to-face and hybrid classroom instruction.
D2L is very user friendly. If you are able to navigate webpages, complete online forms, and download files from the internet, you will be able to use D2L.
D2L supports most modern web browsers. Older browsers are never recommended. Firefox and Google Chrome are the recommended browsers.
D2L utilizes popup windows for certain features. Please be sure to disable your browser's popup blockers or add D2L as an exception.
If you have a question about D2L or experience an issue, you can contact the IT Help Desk, Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm (4:00pm in summers), at [email protected] or 610-683-1511.
You should contact your course instructor for any questions related to course activation and content, including assignments, readings, deadlines, etc.
Each course instructor controls the content that is placed in a D2L course shell. Your professor may, or may not be using D2L. If you do not see your course listed in D2L, of if there isn't content in your course, please check with your instructor to see if they are using D2L.
