This article will cover three ways to view your semester grades on MyKU.


Student Profile

Main All three methods of viewing grades are accessible via the Student Profile. From the MyKU Experience homepage, select Profile from Student Self Service.

Your Student Profile has a number of tools available on the left-hand sidebar. View Grades, Unofficial Academic Transcript, and Degree Works will all display your semester grades.

View Grades

From your Profile, select View Grades. You'll be prompted to select a semester and a course level (undergraduate or graduate. After selecting a term, the Curriculum Summary will appear. After selecting a level, the GPA summary and term grades will appear.

Transcripts

From your Profile, select Unofficial Academic Transcript. You'll be prompted to select a transcript level (undergraduate or graduate) and type (unofficial web transcript). After selecting these, your transcript will populate with all courses completed to date.

The transcript can be navigated by scrolling or selected the headers at the top of the page.

Press Print to generate a PDF copy of your transcript. 

Degree Works

From your Profile, select Degree Works. An audit of your current degree progress will be generated, including all completed courses to date with grades. Note that courses in this view are not organized by semester but are grouped according to degree requirements.
