Firefox
Clearing Cache in Firefox:
Open the menu in the top right corner of Firefox and click on Settings.
Click on Privacy & Security on the left side. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear Data...
Check the boxes next to Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content, then click Clear.
Allowing PeopleSoft Popups in Firefox:
Open the menu in the top right corner of Firefox and click on Settings.
Click on Privacy & Security on the left side. Scroll down to Permissions, then click the Exceptions... button next to Block Pop-Up Windows.
Type in (or copy and paste) the following addresses into the “Address of website” box, clicking the “Allow” button after each.

- csku.kutztown.edu
- csdev.kutztown.edu
- csuat.kutztown.edu
Google Chrome
Clearing Cache in Google Chrome:
Open the menu in the top right corner of Chrome and click on Settings.
Click on Privacy and security on the left side, then click Clear browsing data.
Set the time range to All time, then check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click Clear data.
Allowing PeopleSoft Popups in Google Chrome:
Open the menu in the top right corner of Chrome and click on Settings.
Click on Privacy and security on the left side, then click Site settings.
Scroll down and click on Pop-ups and redirects.
Click on Add next to Allowed to send pop-ups and redirects, then type in (or copy and paste) the following addresses into the Add a site field, clicking Add after each.

Microsoft Edge
Clearing Cache in Microsoft Edge
Open the menu in the top right corner of Edge and click on Settings.
Click on Privacy, search, and services on the left side, then click Choose what to clear now under Clear browsing data.
Set the time range to All time, then check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click Clear data.
Allowing PeopleSoft Popups in Microsoft Edge:
Open the menu in the top right corner of Edge and click on Settings.
Click on Cookies and site permissions on the left side, then scroll down and click on Pop-ups and redirects.

Safari
Clearing Cache in Safari:
Go to Safari, then Clear History.
Select all history from the dropdown menu, then click Clear History.
Allowing PeopleSoft Popups in Safari:
Navigate to the website you would like to allow pop-ups for, such as myku.kutztown.edu.
Go to Safari, then Preferences...
Click on Websites, then scroll down and select Pop-up Windows from the list on the left. Next to myku.kutztown.edu, select Allow from the dropdown.
