OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud storage platform. With your files in OneDrive, you can share them with others, control who can view or edit them, and work together at the same time. OneDrive can also be used to sync files across multiple devices.

All KU faculty, staff, and students have access to 1 TB of cloud storage in OneDrive through their Office 365 account.

To prepare for the next computer replenishment, files and folders will need to be migrated from your current assigned computer to OneDrive. Use the following guide to access OneDrive and help you migrate files and folders.

The suggested folders you should look at migrating are below. Please also consider migrating files/folders from your personal Z drive, if you are using it.

Documents, Desktop, Favorites, Music, Pictures, Videos, and possibly Downloads

NOTE: If you have access to a previous staff's documents or are archiving emails, please contact the IT Help Center for assistance in migrating those files.  610-683-1511
