KU has software licenses that are available for free or at a minimal cost simply by visiting our Downloads page. When prompted, please sign in using your KU Email and Password.   


Software links will be listed but more can be found under the KU Campus Store link. These licenses are only available while attending or working at Kutztown University. Once an Employee or Student leaves KU, the licenses will no longer be valid.  


Adobe products - 

  • Faculty and Staff are licensed to install Adobe apps on personal devices from Adobe.com. Just sign in with your KU email and select Company or School Account. Click Apps on the left.
  • Students can request to be added to an Adobe group each semester for the ability to install Adobe apps on personal devices from Adobe.com 


Microsoft Office - 

  • All Faculty, Staff, and Students are licensed to install Office 365 on a personal device by logging into KU email via a web browser. Click the dots in the upper left, then Microsoft 365. Install button is on the right.


NOTE: All Adobe apps and Office 365 apps stop will no longer be licensed to create or edit files when you leave KU.
