"Invalid Username" or "Invalid Password" Messages


Passwords expire every 180 days. If you receive a message the your "Username and/or Password are invalid," make sure you change your password immediately.  Please note that your username will never change.

 


If the Microsoft Online Password Reset (MOPR) tool will not accept your new desired password, make sure it meets the requirements for a strong password, and does not contain any part of your name.


If you are a returning student your account may be disabled. Please contact the IT Help Center for assistance.
